If you do not currently have a water treatment system, or your existing system is not working, you qualify for a free gift card when you complete an in-home water analysis.
If you already have a working water treatment system, you qualify for a $50 service credit toward your first maintenance service.
The $50 credit is applied at the time of service. No physical gift card is issued for Track B.
Know someone who needs clean water? Refer them and earn an additional gift card for each qualified referral. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Gift cards are fulfilled within 21 business days of qualifying. Cards may be physical or digital. If a specific gift card is unavailable, 411water reserves the right to substitute a gift card of equal or greater value. Once issued, the value on a gift card does not expire per Florida Statute 501.95.
Promotional codes are valid for 7 days from the date of your appointment or service. This expiration applies to the window for earning the gift card, not to the value of the card once issued. If your code expires, you may reschedule and receive a new code.
One gift card per household per deed transfer for Track A. Referral gift cards are unlimited. All promotional programs are subject to change or discontinuation at any time. 411water reserves the right to deny gift card eligibility if program requirements are not met.
